Share Your Team's Orders with Organizations

When several people on a team place orders, each person’s projects and orders stay on that person’s account.

An organization gives the team a shared view, so everyone can see each other’s projects and orders from their own login. Each person keeps their account, and nothing is moved between accounts.

Creating an organization

  1. In the account sidebar, open the Organization page.
  2. Type the organization’s name.
  3. Click Create Organization.

The person who creates it is an Owner right away. A logo can be added after the organization is created.

Inviting teammates

Any member can send an invitation.

  1. On the Organization page, click Invite.
  2. Type one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
  3. Click Send Invitations.

Every address gets an email with a link, and that invitation expires in 30 days. Look under Pending invitations, where you can resend it or revoke it.

Invite form open on the Pending invitations card, two emails typed, Send Invitations, and two rows with Resend and Revoke.

Joining from the email

Open the link and sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If that address is new here, create an account with it first.

The page shows who invited you and what joining means, along with the email address it was sent to and when it expires. Click Accept and Join. The checkbox is on by default. Leave the box checked and your organization appears on your profile.

Once you join, members see your projects and orders and you see theirs. Joining is your choice, so nobody is added until you accept.

Seeing the team’s work

A View switch sits above the list on Projects, Orders, Quotes, Tracking, Payment History, and the Dashboard. Use it to pick Just You or the organization’s name.

When the organization is selected, everyone’s work shows up on the list, with the owner’s name under each title. Items you own show “(you)”. Select Just You when the list should show only your work.

Say a coworker started a project for your department. Open Projects, set View to your organization, and their project appears under their name.

With a teammate’s item, you can:

  • Pay an invoice with your own payment method.
  • Reorder a design into your own cart.
  • Order a quote.

Approving proofs and asking for a design change stay with the person who owns the work.

Owners and members

Owners can remove a member by clicking Remove, or make another member an Owner by clicking Make Owner. They can rename the organization by clicking Rename, or add or change the logo by clicking Add Logo.

A row on the members list shows a name and an email, plus that person’s role and the date they joined. This page links to the organization’s projects and orders.

Header says You're an Owner of Westbrook University, with Rename, Add Logo, and a members list of names, emails, and roles.

Anyone can leave at any time by clicking Leave Organization.

Good to know

  • One organization covers challenge coins, pins, patches, and lanyards.
  • There’s no cost.
  • You can belong to more than one organization.
