Managing Multiple Accounts: Switch Without Logging Out
If you order for more than one team, department, or organization — or you keep separate work and personal accounts — you no longer have to log out and back in every time you switch hats. Every account you sign in to on this browser is saved in your account menu, and switching between them takes one click. It works just like switching Google accounts!
Adding another account
- Click your name at the top right of the page.
- Choose Add account and log in as you normally would.
That’s it — both logins are now saved. No setup, no account linking, nothing to request from us. Signing in again is all it takes.
Switching accounts
- Click your name at the top right.
- Under Switch account, click the account you want.
The page reloads and you’re instantly working as that account — carts, quotes, and orders all belong to whichever account you’re using at the moment.
In your account pages
Already inside your account — Dashboard, Orders, Quotes, and so on? The same options live under the round profile icon at the top right, and Switch account also sits at the bottom of the menu on the left.
On your phone
The same options live in the mobile menu. Tap the menu button, tap your name, and you’ll find Switch account and Add account right there.
Good to know
- Saved accounts are remembered per browser — a different computer or phone starts with its own list.
- Logout only removes the account you’re currently signed in to; the others stay put.
- If a saved login has expired, it simply drops off the list when you try to switch — just sign in again from Add account.
